I keep finding that when I say I wish there was an app that did ___, there's an app for that. I looked for this app and haven't been able to find it and was wondering if any of you knew something that would do the job.
I am looking for an app that will regularly change the background to reflect the weather so that when I tap the phone I see the weather forecast without having to unlock it. The weather seems like its just as useful a piece of info as the time. Extra cool points if it lays over another image or can display a todo list or something.
