Has anyone used or experience of KnowHow cloud backup services. It's from PCworld/Currys in UK but I believe the "back end" is Livedrive.

I currently have Crashplan and tbh it's fine, but they won't give a discount on my new subscription and have been pretty blunt in this regard even though offer new customers a discount.

So this type of backup is for my iMac at the moment to be ultra careful, never had to use it in 2 years had Crashplan. I also use Time Machine for backup locally to a Time Capsule.

So the KnowHow service is £150 GBP for 4Tb for upto 5 computers so seems decent deal. Crashplan was unlimited Gb but I'm only backing up 1 iMac at moment, and upto 200Gb. In future I will have another laptop or 2 so this may come into effect.

So anyone used KnowHow cloud?
Is the service good?
Reliable?
Is it incremental backup so once initial backup done only backups changed files (as Crashplan does)?
Decent iOS/Android apps?
Good email support etc?
Backups up external HDD and NAS?

Looking around again this seems best deal for price, but need to be sure on service.

Thanks
