My dog ate my precious pair of Porta Pro headphones. I was >< this close to killing him.

Anyway, I called up Koss and nearly jokingly asked if I could have them replaced under warranty, and they said YES.

Koss has a no questions asked lifetime warranty on all of its headphones purchased after 1989! All you need is one piece of the headphones in question and they'll replace em, all you have to do is pay for shipping.

So, I am getting 2 pair of headphones replaced (another pair that I stepped on a while ago) for $14CAD. What a company.

Doesn't sound like it, unless they're making a hugh profit on the first pair? Are Koss 'phones made in China?

you should've given them one piece, gotten a free pair. then given them another piece, gotten another free pair, and so on... you'd have backups that way (or you could sell the extras for drug money)
