I like how everyone has ignored the whole point of my post. The aim wasn't to start a discussion about the Spider, it was to discuss the possibility of accessories like this for the iPhone.

reminds me of a infomercial! It's a phone but it's also a laptop. However if you act today you can use it as a tablet. wait if you order in the next 20 minutes you will also get the Spider joypad. Just pay the extra shipping and handling!

If apple came out with anything in the way of accessories like this for iPhone, they would sell. But just like every post above, i think their terrible and way too gimmicky. but then again, their not made by apple for iPhone. If they were I'd probably think they were cool. Lol!

Definitely a great product for people looking for a lower-end device.
But that feature will never come to Apple's iDevice line.

Can you imagine how much money they're losing by not making the Laptop, Tablet and Gaming device a fully functional separate device? It's all about profits.

I wish Apple would come out with a gamepad. Third party gamepads already exist for the iPhone, but they see very little support from the app developers. An official version could change all that.
