Kyocera p6230cdn won't print in Developer Beta 4

I have a Kyocera p6230cdn printer. It worked seamlessly with Developer Betas 1-3, but not on Developer Beta 4. Its AirPrint driver accepts new print jobs but each job is then paused. The KPDL driver won't install.

After a web search I found out how to reset the printer drivers, and AirPrint works well now.
