Hi all

I'm curious as to what speeds you are getting with your lacie 2big thunderbolt 2 external drives.

Mine is the 2x 3tb version in RAID 0 with the lacie monitoring software on which slows it down a little. Blackmagic tells me my write / read speeds are approx 200mb/s and 300mb/s. I never tested the drive empty but tests I've seen have had write speeds of 300+.

Its connected to a mid 2015 rMBP with 500gb pcie SSD.

It seems a little slow for a thunderbolt storage solution. I was hoping for closer to the advertised speeds but am wondering if the data I have on it is slowing it down. I have around 1tb of data on it.

Let me know what you're all getting with data on your drives, cheers!

My read seems to be fine but write is lacking. How much of the drive have you used for storage?
