LaCie 6TB Raid

So I just purchased and set up a LaCie Raid 6TB Thunderbolt Drive.

I attempted to setup a Raid 1, followed a website I found online and used Disk Utility to do it.

It now says that the drive is 3TB, so I am assuming I set it up correctly. Is there anyway I can check this? I have attached the image from Disk Utility.

It's set up correctly. Disk utility shows it as a set, so all is well
