I own a G3 iMac with OS 9.2.2 I've upgraded to OS X. Now it appears that the Lacie CD burner might not work with the newer OS. I learned that the older Lacie CD burners don't have a (MMS?) or something like that. Is there a way to get the Lacie to burn via OS X? Thanks in advance

It really depends on what actual drive mechanism is in the Lacie case. Typical manufacturers are Lite-On, Pioneer, Sony. You should be able to find this in Apple System Profiler. Post your mechanism and we can tell you more.
