LaCie Firewire Dual Layer ERROR !!!

Please help!!!
I get an error on my brand new LaCie dual Layer with lightscribe, I use toast 7.1, please help I know other peole hat the same problem and say its a firewire bug.
Error says:
The drive reported an error:
Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST
Sense Code = 0x26
INVALID FIELD IN PARAMETER LIST
Any help is welcomed
