LaCie Litte Big Disk (FW/USB) - RAID settings in Sequoia?

Hi there:

I have an older LaCie Litte Big Disk (FW/USB), currently without drives, which I would like to put in use again in RAID 1 mode (as cold storage, hence I don't mind the slow USB 2 speeds). Is setting such still possible with disk utility (or via terminal) in macOS Sequoia?

It’s still in the Sequioa version of Disk Utility user guide…

Since it is software based RAID, probably will be usable on another Mac, but I’ve never tried to attach RAID set of disks to another Mac. Definitely not usable on another operating system.
