Hello,
I would like to ask for a help with a Lacie LRM 2.6 ver. software for 5Big Thunderbolt. I had to reinstall my Yosemite on a Mac Pro 2013 because of storage expansion I did Time Machine B.U. as well CCC Home Folder back up, but the software is not in my Application folder...
I tried to get it from Lacie/ Seagate website but the download link is gone, seems like they updated their website and the link is broken, maybe on purpose...
If you know anyone has the version LRM 2.6 for Mac or know where to find it and is not conflicting with the forum rules could you help me out, please?
(I can access the 5 Big from Ventura, but I need to use it as Home Folder for Yosemite)
Thank you, best Zoltan

I don't think it's intentional. Seagate acquired Lacie and things are a bit of a mess.

I used web.archive.org to browse the old Lacie site and found this page from May 2022 that says version 2.9.3.225 is compatible with 10.10 and above. This archived download link from April 2022 will download that version: https://web.archive.org/web/2022041...id-manager/downloads/LaCieRAIDManager_Mac.zip.

There is an archived page from September 2022 that says 2.9.4.286 is compatible with 10.10, but that zip file didn't get archived. You can view the dates that zip file was archived here.

Also, be aware that not all 2.9 versions are compatible with 10.10. For example, 2.9.4.295 from November 2022 says it requires 10.14 or newer.

BigBlur, you are a life saver!!! I was on Chat with Seagate for 40 min. to state the obvious, no help, no software, no care. What I don't understand I did multiple Time Machine BU from my Macintosh HD system as well as Home Folder CCC BU, but the software folders were empty... My StudioMac recognizes it with the newer version but I use Yosemite for my Epson V600 scanner, Epson Pro 7800 24" printer, Aperture, iWeb and a bunch of super good softwares...these things despite a driver for Ventura, are good for nothing on Newer systems Yosemite onwards...
One more time, you are a life saver! Thank you!
