I am looking at a good monitor to pair with my Mac mini for Photoshop and graphic design.
I originally was with the 20” cinema at $899 with Canadian student discount. But I have heard that Lacie makes really good monitors. So I checked it out and saw the Lacie photon blue 19” monitor for $100 dollars cheaper “Canadian”. So I tried to logically compare the two but am having a hard time, what are the differences besides “no wide screen” and “not as aesthetically pleasing”
if you can help me out, I would be really happy :D thanks

I say to go with the Apple Cinema Display. I believe that the one from Apple is a little higher quality (but could be wrong). Personally, I am saving up to buy a new 20" Apple Cinema Display to go with my new dual 2.3GHz PowerMac G5.
