Early 2013 Retina MBP
Windows 7 Pro installed on the internal drive
256gb Lacie Rugged SSD TB

The drive runs fine in OSX and over USB in Windows but I have a problem running this drive in Windows over TB following these instruction.

My problem is that (with or without the drivers installed) windows doesn't boot when the thunderbolt drive is plugged in. It shows a few lines about the ASP106x SATA controller before showing the blinking "underscore" and hanging forever.

I removed the Setup Assistant a while ago, but I can't see that causing a problem.

I also tried disabling Driver Signature Enforcement to no avail.

Any ideas?
