Lag application

Hey guys i have my xbox live connect from my mac i was wondering if there is a application that can lag my internet or if there is a way to manualy do it like a lag switch

Not sure, but out of interest, if you don't mind me asking, why would you want to make it lag?

because it is kinda like an advantage to kill ppl and it is a lot of fun of cod4 and halo 3
