Lag at start of lion

When my computers enters the desktop i see the desktop image coming with lag..Is it normal?
 
It happens to me too.

I've just gotten used to it at this point, I'll be installing Windows 8 once it comes out anyway.
 
Is it possible to be fault of the kingston hyper-x 1600 mhz or of the vertex 3??
 
I formated and lion installed again and i have the same issues..:(
