Lag in transitions between Spaces

I have a 2GHz Core Duo MacBook, it's not the newest and only has a GMA 950. But I still expect more from it. The transitions between Spaces actually lag and make it a worse experience when switching Spaces.

Any solutions? Is your MacBook doing this?

never experienced this. sorry. maybe check your RAM usage?

Have you got 10.5.1 installed? That helped mine out quite a bit.

Also, some programs such as Perian had a big affect on my system, making the transitions horribly slow.
