I updated to iOS 13, everything seems to be working fine but i am noticing some lag/jittering when moving between home screens and when opening apps. I'm using an iphone X, all animations are turned off and i'm using a pretty basic wallpaper. The ole turning the phone off and on didn't resolve it.
Anyone else notice this?
