So I went to Tahoe last week armed with my new Tamron 17-50mm...let me know if I made it work or not! Thank you!

Only the one with the boarding ramp has any real sharpness, the rest are too soft for my liking. Some look pretty noisy as well. Composition-wise they're all ok, but nothing really shouts out to me. It's not that there's anything bad about them, it's just that there's not anything that's really compelling about them. Some sharpness may have helped, but I think the overall results would still be that of well-executed snapshots.
