LAN Cable working but all network interfaces say it's down?

My LAN cable network is working but all of the network interfaces in NETWORK says it's inactive or down. Also the Wi-FI is not connected.

WHAT?!
 
So not intuitive, but I fixed it by adding a new network interface.
