I use a Windows software called "Advanced Lan Scanner" sometimes at work to find what computers are on my network. It really comes in handy when I need to find out if a certain device has picked up a different IP address.

Sadly it's only available for windows. I tried using it with Darwine but it doesn't work right.

Does anyone know of a software for Mac that can scan all the computers on my network when given a particular IP range ? I am on an AD domain so it has to work with it.

Here is a link to the software http://www.radmin.com/products/utilities/lanscanner.php
