While it doesn't have a great design appearance, I use a Panasonic wireless home system that integrates our two iPhones via BT so that we can answer landline or cell with any handset and call out via the cell lines.

Well, when I was growing up I had one of these

but pretty much any wireless landline phone you get these days will look like this

Unless this is more your style

thanks for your suggestions guys....the Bang & Olufsen sets look nice...not sure which one to pick but they are damn expensive, at least they look cool and stylish.

i don't use landline but i get it for free with the DSL connection.

more suggestions?

These two caught my eye. The second one is quite cool IMO. Reminds me more of Dyson, than Apple, but it does have a modern look.

the first is Bang & Olufsen what about the second?

it's unbelievable how ugly land line phones are nowadays....please let's not turn this thread into "Nobody uses landline phones anymore" argument...clearly, some part of the world people still use landline phones because landline service comes free with broadband internet service...

i'm still looking for a stylish landline phone, i checked the B&O ones but they are way expensive and they look very cheap.

anymore suggestions are welcome!

thanks!

i'm surprised no new landline phones were released...even B&O didn't update its models.

It doesn't matter if some do. These are mass produced products and there isn't sufficient demand. It shouldn't be surprising that no one is investing in newer models with fancy design. You can ignore the fact that landlines are on their way out but that doesn't change reality.

Landline phones are either functional or fun. There isn't really designer right now. They haven't updated the landline design in about 10 years or so. They're stuck looking like Nokia bricks.

exactly!

i'm not even asking for much i would totally buy a moshi moshi POP phone if that was designed as a landline phone but it's not.
