Language for Dictionary?

Hello!
I'm fairly new to these forums, so maybe my searching skills aren't up to par, but.....
How on Earth do you add new languages to the standard dictionary app that comes with Mac OSX?
I've looked in the preferences panel, and throughout the web for help, but couldn't find any.
........???
