Hello. I have my computer language English US. But when I'm writing in word i want to work in Portuguese. Is there anyway to work in portuguese in word only? Because I'm always going to tools->language->portuguese but that only changes the selected text and i work to work permanently in WORD ONLY in portuguese. Thanks.

well in Office 2010 for windows if you click the "file" tab than options than languages you can switch the language in here

Hello. Well I'm using word 2011 and in the file tab i can't find any language option. only in tools tab and changing to portuguese through there only changes for the moment and the selected text. after that it becomes in English again.
You could make a template file for your "normal" document that opens in portuguese by default.
