Ok, so here's my problem, when I'm chatting online sometimes I have to talk to people in Taiwan who don't speak any English, which means of course I have to use Chinese. The problem is that when I'm chatting in Chinese it just switches back to English on it's own. It does this even if I don't push any buttons and it happens randomly but frequently.

So, just to make sure it's totally clear. I have the language set for typing in Chinese, the flag on the top right shows Chinese, then it will change back to English on it's own. I've tried literally everything, even apple don't know how to fix it. When I say everything I mean literally everything, including re-installing the OS onto my computer.

I've got a strong feeling that it might be a physical fault with the keyboard. Can anyone help? Thanks.
