Language of the initial login window

I live in Italy but want my computers to "speak in English"

I have updated to 10.6.7 and now instead of the Guest account I get an horrible "Account Ospite" which is the terrible Italian translation.

How can I get this fixed ?

PS Anyone knows WHICH template is used for the Guest desktop namely its Dock ? I have setup a template for new users which works well but the Guest account seems to be taking its template from somewhere else than /System/Library/User\ Template/English.lproj/
