iPod touch Language Settings....HELP!

I was messing around with my Touch and accidentally set it to Japanese. Now I can't find the English setting. Not sure which line is for the languages in the settings area.

OK...
1. Go into settings (recognizable)...
2. First tab in the group of tabs (third from top of screen)
3. Tab #4 (International)
4. Top tab (Language)
5. Tab second from the top. (Easy to find)

Actuall it is the 4th tab and then the 1st in that tab.

It jumps around... It was first, then I changed languages, and it bumped to second... I dunno.
