My OH is about to buy a MacBook Air. We are in France. It says the set-up will be in the zone and language of country. Wasn't a problem for me setting up my MacBook Pro. Does anyone know if he puts France as country whether there is an option to proceed in English language?

But being in France I need to highlight that which if I remember rightly brought instructions up in French. OH isn't a French speaker so wondered if although picking France the language can be English.

Start by choosing English. Once setup is complete, go to "System Preferences/Region and Language" and change the Region to France without touching the Language.
