i'm looking at getting one of those lapdesk's that prop your laptop up when you are sitting with it. i was just curious if anyone had one and what you guys would recommend.

I do, well I did. I got it from Barnes and Nobles. It cost around $20 bucks. I used it for awhile but found myself just resting my laptop on my lap. It works well, I just stop using it.

Yarold.

dunno, but i have one of them trays that have the bottom cloth pouch filled with small foam beads and it adapts to ur legs curves.its dirt cheap and ive seen them in the cooking section of stores lol

I find that the best and cheapest thing to use is one of those large coffee table books like an atlas. If you don't use some sort of surface and go with lap-direct, it gets a little warm and you don't allow for proper ventilation.
