Laptop Cases and Overheating

I've recently purchased a Mac book Pro Retina Display 15" laptop and am in the market for a sleeve that provides good protection but does not cause the machine to overheat. I am thinking about the vaja leather sleeves as an option but I first want to know if leather sleeves of this kind cause overheating before I make the big investment. If so, can anyone recommend me a sleek sleeve that would offer good protection without causing overheating? Thanks.
