Laptop Cooling Pad

So I've been looking for a cooling pad for my MacBook Pro (early 2008). It would only be used on a desk for when I'm gaming in Vista. Never in my lap or anywhere else. I've been looking at the XPad http://www.amazon.com/Xpad-Non-slip-Laptop-Cooler-Heatshield/dp/B000PH2E3E and it seems pretty cool.

Any thoughts? What cooling pads would you recommend?

I bought one of these:

Pulled the OEM fans off and installed higher RPM models and connected them to a regular (wall) power adapter so they wouldn't run off the laptop's USB (they required 12v when usb only provides 5v). Keeps my baby at a comfortable 95 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer
