Anyone using any decals on their laptops?? I've been thinking about getting one.

How do you find them? Regret getting them? Are they easy to put on / take off? Any residue issues?

Lastly - how do they look? Post a pic if possible!

I love the creativity of some of the decals, but I like the industrial look and feel of my MBP as it is out of the box.

Gad knows I spent way too long staring at all the fugly stickers that came on my old PCs. :D

Most of the time, it's pretty easy to strip the stickers off of a PC--I pulled them off of my Thinkpad on day one.

Really? I tried to rip them off and it only made them worse. The edges just stretched, tore, and wrinkled like really stuck on stickers do. So then I was left with an ugly computer with ugly stickers all over it with all the corners messed up. :/

Hmm, you were doing it wrong, then. New stickers come off with a bare minimum of goo (which rubs off just fine), and the old ones come up if you just heat the goo a bit with a hairdryer.

Just put some decals on mine, I didn't like the idea at first but I thought I would try it. I really like it now that it is on, and I've already gotten many compliments from friends and some random people. I think the decals just add a little bit of unique "flair" that gives the MacBook a little more personality.
