D......d....AMN!
I think I have my macbook doing toooo much or it just loves getting hot.

Since in installed full master collection of Adobe CS5 (and use the apps)

My macbook gets really hot...!

How can I monitor the heat my macbook is pushing and see how fast the fans are spinning??

iStat Pro (dashboard widget)
Shows fan speeds and temperatures.

Activity Monitor (Applications > Utilities)
Shows CPU usage depending on process.
Sort the processes list by descending CPU usage.

Chances are you don't have it doing too much, and it doesn't love getting hot...it's an inanimate object, after all. If you're not used to Macs, they do tend to get warm, and you can feel the heat more because of the aluminum body. If it was actually overheating it would slow down first, then shut down.

The info Feed Me gave you will help you look at the temps and the fan speed, but chances are everything is perfectly fine.

I find also when ever I'm on YouTube or loading videos elsewhere on the web (in flash) the fans go up at full speed!

Why doesnt Mac's love Flash? I recall from the past that Mr. Jobs hated flash.. if it because flash takes up too much resources?
