Laptop keeps freezing?

Starting today, when just doing normal tasks on my MBP, the screen freezes, turns to a pink tint, and i cant do anything except restart it. It is really pissing me off. I heard it may have to do with the flex cable? Any ideas?

Looks like it's hardware related. You can run the Apple Hardware Test to see if it gives you any messages or you can just do an archive and install. If both fail, it's hardware related.

reset smc and pram, if that dont work, then take it to apple

so i think either the logic board or i/o board is bad on my MBP. Im using the warranty through amex and im hoping they will just reimburse me 100% so i can just get a new mbp
