I've used a Griffin "Elevator" stand for my MacBook Pro for several years now, and it works just fine.

Kensington...I have two, one for my MBP 17" (yep it takes the weight fine) and one for my air.

Another one for the mStand. I have one built for a 15 and it holds my pre-unibody 17 just fine.

I'm not sure if you'd qualify this as a "riser" (it's also a cooling pad), but I bought this by Cooler Master a few months ago and it's been great. I have the 17" one. The fans clip off and on so you can adjust them as well (or take them off altogether).
