Laptop Screen SQUEAKING?

Hey guys, I have a 2010 13" MBP. When I open the screen, it squeaks, not that loud, but it squeaks.

What should I do?

Also, my trackpad seems it is a little out of place when i am looking from the top of the laptop.

What should I do about the trackpad?

Take it to Apple to have it repaired. I had a similar problem, namely my display hinge "cracked" each time I opened the lid. Apple ended up replacing the display, but the sound was still there. In the end they replaced the topcase as well and now its fixed.

my gf's 13'' mbp has the same cracking/creaking problem when she opens the screen. its not a big deal for her though.

although the lower right corner of my trackpad seems to be raised to the same level as the body, kinda weird but not a big deal for me either.
