Hey everybody. I've been reading MacRumors for a long time now, and I finally am at a point where I need some advice that I can't find already on the forums.

I'm in college and have a Macbook. Although I love typing on the laptop, I felt that I needed a keyboard/mouse to make working on long papers easier. After waiting for the event today, I am going to buy the new keyboard and a wired mighty mouse (I tried the wireless mighty mouse and found that it was too inaccurate, am I wrong?) All I need now is a stand to put the laptop on to make it more like a monitor.

I was looking at two main options, the iCurve Elevator (http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/elevator/) and the mStand by RainDesign (http://www.raindesigninc.com/mstand.html)

Which do you think is better, both in form and function. Keep in mind, I have a black Macbook. Although look isn't important, I would hate to make my nice laptop look like crap.

Anyway, thanks for any help!

i love the design of the mstand. it seems more solid, and has that apple 'feel' to it. ive heard people say that it is a lot more stable than the elevator. i think it would be worth the extra money.

Well youd have to wonder about a company that lists a laptop stand as compatible with only a couple specific versions of an OS.
