Hello,
My wife and I are planning a trip to Vegas.
She is currently using the iPhone 5s, however I have a 6 sitting on my desk not being used.
She is somewhat resistant in moving to the larger phone.

I also have a 38mm ss Classic black band watch in hand for her.

My question is, is it worth while moving her to the iPhone 6 and setting up applepay and the watch? (I am aware the 5s and watch combo support applepay)

thank you in advance.

I think it is. Ymmv though.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that the mcdonalds in the breezeway outside the casino of the Monte Carlo takes apple pay. ;)

I was just in Vegas last week. If you are going to be on the strip I didn't see anywhere where I would use Apple Pay, except maybe a CVS/Walgreens and fast food .

Interesting thank you

It's worthwhile. Setting it up on the phone lets you use Applepay on supported apps, like groupon and the Apple Store. She'll like the 6, the speed alone is one of the best parts. My wife thought going from a 5s to a 6 was too big at first, but after 1 day she was hooked.

Not sure what Vegas has to do with the question though.

i was able to use apple pay on my 6+ in vegas at CVS and McDonalds. i went there on Christmas.

Thank you again.
I will try to get her to use the 6.
However I don't think I will make it a priority for Vegas
