I have a colour printer I am happy with. However, id like to buy a cheap and inexpensive to run monochrome laser printer for longer runs that is compatible with Snow Leopard. It needs to be readily available in the UK. Any ideas? Thanks
 
What do you consider cheap? The HP 1022 is inexpensive, really fast, and has networked (1022n) and wireless (1022nw) versions as well. I don't own one, but use one at work from time to time, and it's amazing how fast that thing spits the first page out.

The footprint is as small as anything available, too.
