I just got a notification from some new player in the shipping market called Lasership. They are sending me a cable tomorrow.

Apple is using this new player in the market for shipping out stuff now. Apple notified me via email.

They're not new and they're just sending some accessories. I received my charger today from Lasership. Amazon has been using them for years.

They are terrible, terrible. They usually provide wrong delivery status, and one time they delivered my Amazon order to a different address. I'd really cross my fingers if my order is with them too. :(

No worries with Lasership. They're extremely reliable and often deliver very early in the morning.

That's been our experience with them as well. In our case last year, the different address was in CT and we live in Maryland. When my husband called to complain that he himself tracked the missing item to a state hours away from ours at an address nothing like ours, they responded they would "proactively reroute it". How is it proactive to take action after the customer has called to point out the error? It took almost a week to get the part we badly needed to make repairs.

Since we all seem to have different impressions of them, their competence must differ according to region and routes.

Amazon uses leadership in NYC U have gotten deliveries from them in the past they get horrible reviews they missed one of my deliveries for dog food it was never delivered. I called Amazon and they replaced the food the next day I have gotten some things from them delivered on time but always at 8pm

Agreed lasership is horrible in my opinion. Amazon uses them on smaller packages. They were horrible, they lost packages, didn't deliver them on time, etc. I hated them. Luckily Amazon built a new warehouse by me and they use USPS now for most of the smaller items now.

Lasership are horrible in Orlando. The drivers use their own cars, and are always make excuses that their clunker broke down, and that is why you are not getting your package that day. I can tell you how many times my package stinks of cigarettes too, because some of the drivers are smoking in their cars.

The one employee that day made a mistake. Do not base an entire company by that one employee one day.

True but many many people seem to experience the same problems all for various reasons over a range of products...

This company sucks.

Why would Apple ever do business a company this awful?

I ordered a leather loop that shipped yesterday, I got a notification from the Apple Store app that I should get it today. I check my tracking on my order, it redirects to me Lasership's website where it says it's out for delivery.

Now it's the afternoon and I've been home all day and haven't gotten anything, so I check again and now it's "Ship Request Received"

Apparently when they don't feel like making the delivery they roll back the tracking like nothing ever happened.

What a crappy way to do business. Is Apple really that desperate that they can't spend the extra whatever and ship this things USPS?

I ordered a band Apple used lasership they delivered it and left it outside my apartment building (In New York City) according to the tracking, did not even ring my doorbell. Obviously it was stolen I called lasership they said they would investigate it what a joke, have not heard back from them. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Called Apple they replaced the band for free I told them what happened with LS I asked that it be shipped Fedex and they did. Apple also appreciated the feedback about lasership. I suggest you call Apple they took care of me right away.

Lasership is horrible. Had many bad experiences with them when Amazon decided to use them. My leather loop was shipped with Lasership and I didn't get it until 9:30PM!

I got shipping notification for my black leather loop yesterday afternoon and it was delivered to me this morning (NYC). I haven't had a bad experience with Lasership yet (knock on wood).

Unbelievable. This happened to me today too. They're "putting it under investigation" but they don't know where the damn package is. A $450 link bracelet too! I don't understand why Apple doesn't use UPS signature delivery for an accessory that costs as much as the watch itself.
