Will an SE/30 recognize a LaserWriter? What sort of cable would be used to connect them and where might I obtain one? Thanks.

Your best bet is a LocalTalk cable. These cables are quite obsolete. If you have a local independent shop that specializes in Macs nearby, then you try it. If not, then Google "LocalTalk cable.'
