Hello,

I've been looking around now and keeping an eye on what's been going on.

As the prices are quite high for the 15" MBP's I'm looking at getting a 13" MBP but I'm unsure of which one to get and if there is any noticeable difference between the 2011 models.

I'm a student so I can get the education discount :) But I'm still unsure about getting a 13" laptop as I don't know how they handle etc.

I won't be playing games on it, it will be used for browsing the internet occasional Photoshop etc

If you have a 13"MBP How do you find using it? and are there any problems?

Thanks

The new 2011 13" MBP's are significantly more powerful than the 2010 and almost as fast as 2010 15" MBP's. This added power should let you be good for years on the base model. You can always upgrade the RAM or hard drive yourself without violating the warranty.

The 13" is a bit small for photoshop but all you need is an external monitor and you are all all. I use the 15" and an external as I use Photoshop a lot

The base 13" is the jam for what you will be doing.

I have the base 13" and I love it :)

Going to use the money saved from the high end to put into a SSD. That will be more of a performance increase than i5 to i7.
