Last FM Menu bar app?

Hi,

Have done some searching and can't seem to come up with relevant search results... Is there an app that sits in the menu bar that lets me control Last FM and preferably iTunes? Not just "Love" and "Ban" controls for music in my library, but lets me actually listen to Last FM. Would also like it to be able to control iTunes as well, but this is not absolutely necessary.

It doesn't let you control iTunes but you can play last.fm radio of artists you choose, your recommendations, your library...etc and it sits in your menu bar and scrobbles your music as you play them on iTunes.
