I actually was thinking of filling the one room missing one, but since the 13.xx updates I spend a lot of time on the phone with apple getting them reset or have to mail them in.

Its a good price for a great speaker though. I recently moved from a small apartment to a house and the sound did change and they are actually louder and easily fill the room with audio. Software updates are painful.
 
I always said if HomePod went down to $200 I’d buy it .... But here I am now saying meh
I felt the same but ended up picking one up for around $235 last spring. I’m not all in on HomePod and despite many shortfalls it’s still a reasonable value at $200 IMO.
 
You guys forgot this Sony wireless headphone.

I’ve had my Home Pod for quite a while now. It’s a great sounding speaker with Siri just being a bonus. Like all these type of devices be it Alexa or Google; there’s nothing ‘Smart’ about them, just a voice interface.
