Latch Sensor In Powerbook

I have an old 667mhz Powerbook DVI model and I am trying to located where the latch sensor is. I want to convert the computer into a little media center but I also want to remove the screen and the keyboard (do to a dead fan for cooling) and run in clamshell mode. I thought originally that the latch sensor would of been within the hinges but it seems it is not. Anyone know where it is?
