Late '08 MBP..which RAM?

Hey guys new to the threads here, searched around for a while, and I cant get a clear answer on which stick of RAM will work with the new MBP. Found this one on crucial.com
http://www.crucial.com/mac/index.aspx
but it is DDR2, and i couldnt find DDR3 for the MBP on there.

Found this one on macsales.com, would this be okay?

You have to use DDR3 memory with the Late 2008 MacBook/MacBook Pro, no exceptions.
