My macbook (Late 2007, Intel GMAX3100 graphics, Snow Leopard) has been causing serious graphics glitches the last couple months. It has been happening for quite a while now, and for the last month it has happened every time i boot the machine up.

I have also had problems on windows 7 through bootcamp where the graphics card would bluescreen windows, which leads me to believe my graphics card is dying.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Will apple be able to replace the laptop or will I be out of luck?

You'll probably need a logic board replacement. If you're under warranty, just take it in and they'll service it for free. If not, you'll have to pay a hefty amount to have it repaired. They can definitely sort that out for you though.

You also can't rule out a RAM issue, since the graphics processor uses the computer's RAM rather than its own. Run your Apple hardware test, and that may report an error.
