I see that the Late 2008 5,1 13" Macbook is listed as having a SATA hard drive interface. It is listed to be rated at 3Gb/s. Is this a SATA II interface then?

I'm trying to figure out what SSD hard drive I should get and I want to make sure that I don't over buy for the interface that I have. I see that some of the new SSD drives coming out in the next few months will likely push 500MB/s + which is greater than the maximum through put of a SATA II interface.

Also 3Gb/s works out to about 375MB/s; right?

Thanks!

Matt
