late 2008 MBP 2.53 Battery health

is 96% health normal after 17 cycles? i tend to run on battery untill it is flat and then charge. i use the MBP at work and sometimes use it on charge whilst at work. i will re-calibrate agin tonight. anybody have any suggestions?
