Hi, I was just wondering if these 8gb ram would work in my late-2009 2.26GHz macbook. I want to use Parallels and it's sort of slow with 4gb ram at the moment. Thanks.

what are you doing to make your laptop slow with 4gigs of ram? I have 4 gigs in my late 2009 model and my sister only has 2gigs in her late 2009 model and both are very responsive...

are you running parallels tho?

Yes, the 8 GB kits work in your macbook. I purchased and installed the kingston kit, although they should all work. To be honest, going from 2 GB to 8 GB didn't make much of a difference for me on the Mac OS side. Programs don't load any quicker for me, although it should make a noticeable difference for parallels.
