They will work too, and the difference is, that I linked you to a 4GB module, and you linked to two 2GB modules. If you have the money, and don't mind having any extra RAM, I would go for it. But 4GB RAM might more than suffice your needs.
the link i gave is for 2, 4, or 8gb...the one i sent is more expensive, just wondering why. yours is "value ram".
 
I currently have 2GB installed on my Late 2009 Unibody (White) MacBook.

I've seen some posts saying it worked, some saying just do 4GB. Can anyone confirm that this model will handle 8GB without any negative side effects?
